Except for butter, put liquids first and then solids into the bread bucket

After starting the first kneading program, add room temperature softened butter, then start the second kneading program and then press the fermentation function key to ferment

Ferment until doubled in size (it will become full if you are not careful)

Deflate the fermented dough and divide it into small doughs of equal size

Roll into tongue shape

Roll up the seal and pinch it tightly as shown in the picture

Do everything in order for secondary fermentation

Brush the fermented bread with egg wash first, then sprinkle with shredded cheese, then squeeze on salad dressing and tomato sauce, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and heat the middle rack for 15 minutes
