Black sesame pancake
Overview
In line with the principle of not wasting, after making the egg yolk pancakes, I used the egg whites to make this sesame pancake. Can it be a snack on a winter afternoon~~~

Put the egg whites into a bowl. Just after making the egg yolk pancakes, add the egg whites directly without washing them;

Add sugar, stir and melt;

Squeeze in the navel orange juice and stir;

Add black sesame seeds and stir;

Add flour and cornstarch;

Stir into a paste, I use a whisk to beat until smooth;

Put the egg batter into a piping bag, open the mouth wider, cover a baking tray with parchment paper, squeeze the batter into the baking tray, spread it flat, up and down, 150 degrees, 15 minutes; (I didn’t take a picture here, sorry)
