Milk and Purple Sweet Potato Steamed Buns
Overview
I have always wanted to make something about purple sweet potatoes. No woman can resist the mysterious purple color. I am still a novice, so my cooking is not perfect, but I will continue to work hard. Although the appearance is not very good, the taste is very good, and Tinkerbell can’t put it down

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the purple sweet potato into small pieces and put it in the microwave for five minutes until cooked
-
Add 200ML milk and pound it into a puree with a rolling pin, then put on disposable gloves to pick out the hard knots (if you have a food processor, just puree the milk and purple sweet potato)
-
Put the yeast soaked in warm water into the purple sweet potato puree
-
Pour in the flour and sugar and mix until it becomes fluffy
-
Knead into smooth dough
-
Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to ferment
-
Ferment until doubled
-
Knead the dough to deflate the dough. Knead for a while longer. I knead for about 15 minutes
-
Divide the dough into even portions
-
Apply oil to the steamer, put the steamed buns on top and let them rise for 20 minutes
-
After it has risen, steam the steamer for 20 minutes, simmer for three minutes and then open it to prevent shrinkage
