Overview

Crispy shrimp is very popular in my family, especially the children, who rush to eat it every time. Usually I eat it fried, but today I eat it grilled, which is healthier. (If you don’t have an oven, you can fry it in a pan until golden brown and remove it to control the oil. If you don’t mind, you can refer to the golden crispy shrimp dish in my recipe, which has a detailed production process).

  1. Prepare fresh shrimps

  2. Remove the heads and shells of the shrimps, leaving the tails, and cut the shrimp lines from the back.

  3. Add all seasonings: cooking wine, pepper, oyster sauce, umami soy sauce and mix well

  5. Then pour in the bread crumbs, add a little cumin powder, salt and pepper powder and stir-fry until it changes color

  6. Prepare three bowls: one part bread crumbs, one part starch, and one part egg liquid

  10. Wrap them one by one and put them on the baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
