Peanut Butter Rolls
Overview
It's a very simple flower roll to make, but the pattern is very beautiful. Just pull it, twist it and tie it into a knot. And it was only proofed once, and the mixed dough was not fermented until it doubled in size, but the taste was still very good and worth a try. Spread with peanut butter, it tastes delicious and you can eat several in a row. I still use a Dongling bread machine to knead the dough. In such a cold weather, I don’t want to knead the dough at all, and the dough that comes out of the bread machine is very smooth. While the bread machine is kneading dough, you can be busy with other tasks.

Put water and sugar into bread bucket.

Add the flour and yeast, and put the bread barrel into the Dongling bread machine.

Turn on Ali Smart on your mobile phone, connect to the bread machine, and choose normal kneading for 10 minutes.

When the dough is kneading for 3 minutes, pause the bread machine. The bread machine will automatically continue kneading the dough after pausing for 9 minutes. The mixed dough is smooth.

Take out the dough and use a rolling pin to press the dough into a rectangle 36CM long and 20CM wide. Then squeeze in the peanut butter and use the back of a spoon to spread the peanut butter evenly.

Fold the dough sheet in half.

Cut into 4cm wide sections. , make another cut in the middle without cutting off.

Each section is stretched by about 20CM.

Twist the left and right hands in opposite directions.

Then tie it into a knot and place it in a steamer lined with oil paper.

Put hot water in the pot and let it sit for 30-40 minutes to see how the dough ferments.

After the water in the pot boils, put the steamer in and turn to low heat to steam for 15 minutes.
