This is a cold dish that I developed myself. It is light and refreshing, and is very suitable for eating in early summer.

Chop the garlic, wash the lettuce, put an appropriate amount of vermicelli into a bowl, and soak it in warm water

Boil water in a pot, pour in the vermicelli and blanch it, then take it out and rinse it with cold water

Pour the vermicelli into the bowl with lettuce

Pour in an appropriate amount of special soy sauce and vinegar, stir with chopsticks, and add an appropriate amount of salt

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, heat it up, then add garlic and saute until fragrant

Pour the oil into the serving bowl immediately while it is hot
