Salmon with Rosemary Sauce
Overview
In the past, the simplest method of making salmon was pan-fried black pepper salmon. Today I tried a new method, marinating it with rosemary, honey, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and lemon. After frying, it is also delicious when poured with sauce.

Prepare the sauce. Add 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rosemary, and 1/4 tablespoon crushed black pepper into a small bowl and stir evenly.

Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon, pour the juice evenly over the salmon and marinate for 20 minutes.

When the pan is hot, add olive oil and fry the salmon.

Flip and cook until cooked or to your preferred doneness (I cooked this for about 8 minutes)

Take out the fried salmon, add the remaining marinated salmon juice to a pot with a small amount of water and cook until it bubbles.
