Flaxseed Tile Crispy
Overview
The New Year is getting closer and closer, and I can imagine that I will be so fat that I will be shaking in a month. In order not to be too fat by then, I have to choose healthy snacks. I recommend a biscuit that is less oily but still crispy to everyone! This biscuit can be either salty or sweet. It contains flaxseed, which can nourish blood, dispel wind, moisturize and relieve constipation. It also seems to have the effect of regulating blood lipids!

Beat an egg first

Add 10g honey

Add 15g of granulated sugar and an appropriate amount of salt. If you want something salty, just add 3g of salt without adding sugar

Stir evenly and add 10g of oil

Add 30g of flour or rice flour (I added rice flour before I finished the rice flour I ground myself last time)

Add 55g flax seeds

After mixing evenly, use a spoon to spread it on a baking sheet lined with tin foil

Preheat the oven, put the upper and lower heat on the middle layer, 175 degrees, 10 minutes!
