Weigh the pea starch and water according to the weight in the ingredients list.

Pour the water from the large bowl into the saucepan and bring to a boil.

Dissolve the pea starch with water in a small bowl

Stir evenly with a stir stick

Bring the water in the pot to a boil and then turn down the heat

Slowly pour the stirred starch paste into the pot and stir constantly

Simmer over low heat until the jelly is completely transparent and small bubbles appear, then turn off the heat

Pour the cooked jelly into a large bowl

Cool down with cold water until cool and refrigerate for half an hour

The prepared jelly is already opaque

Invert directly into the plate to unmold.

Shred or cut into pieces, add your favorite seasonings, mix well and eat.
