【Xingtai】Puffy bean paste cake
Overview
There were some beans left over from making bean paste buns, so I made some bean paste pancakes to eat. They were crispy and delicious, charred on the outside and tender on the inside. It was quite delicious.

The leftover bean paste filling for the bean buns was made by myself, cooked in a Supor pressure cooker.

A large piece of oily noodles is about 200g, and a small piece of oily noodles is about 100g. After waking up for a while, it will be softer, and the dumpling noodles will be soft and hard.

Wake up for half an hour, roll out the oily water into thin pancakes, like dumpling wrappers

Form the oil surface into a corresponding number of dough balls and wrap them in the oil surface.

I was frying pancakes in the electric pan and forgot to take pictures. This is the finished product, the first time I made it, it was pretty good, crispy and delicious, charred on the outside and tender on the inside.
