Vegetable “Ice Cream” Sandwich
Overview
I recently participated in Kewpie's activities and made a lot of sandwiches. One reason is that my daughter goes to kindergarten during the day, so making delicious food is indispensable for this connoisseur. In addition, she loves to eat sandwiches, so she chooses to make them in the morning.

Steps
-
Get the ingredients ready.
-
The toast is made into a triangle.
-
Place a scalloped piece of purple cabbage on top of the plate.
-
Spread a layer of bitter chrysanthemum.
-
Squeeze on the salad dressing.
-
Arrange sliced ham sausage on the chrysanthemum.
-
Then add sliced red pepper shreds, cucumber shreds and ham sausage.
-
Squeeze on the salad dressing.
-
Put the triangular piece of toast on it. I originally planned to put two pieces with vegetables in the middle, but later I felt that the two pieces were too high, so I only put one piece. Spread a little hawthorn jam on the toast (the purpose of spreading it is to show the salad dressing squeezed on top, otherwise it will not show off, so you can leave it alone.)

Recently, I squeezed the Kewpie salad dressing into a piping bag and piped it into a crisp tube pattern.
