Stir-fried bacon with snow peas----delicious winter home cooking
Overview
When thinking about what delicious fried bacon should be, remember that bacon always likes to be paired with crispy vegetables such as kale and garlic sprouts. Snow peas are always addictive to eat. The sweet and greasy taste of bacon combined with the crispy and sweet taste of snow peas is my favorite dish with bacon. Let me share with you my method

Ingredients
Steps
-
Shred the snow peas and break each pod into two pieces (this will make the fried bacon more delicious)
-
Slice the sausage and bacon into bowls and set aside. Cut the chili leaves into strips and set aside.
-
If the bacon is fat like me, you can first fry the bacon over low heat to bring out the oil, then add the sausage and stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes to let the bacon flavor come out.
-
Turn to medium heat, add chili and snow peas and stir-fry for 5-8 minutes. When the heat is off, add 5 drops of sesame oil and a small amount of salt to taste.
-
Put it in a rice bowl and save the fried snow peas with bacon for lunch the next day. It still tastes delicious, so I like to take it for lunch when walking to work.
