Prepare two chicken thighs, one potato, one carrot, and half an onion. (for two people)

Wash carrots, onions and potatoes, peel and cut into pieces.

Cut the chicken into cubes, preferably if you can remove the bones.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, fry the onions until translucent, add the chicken pieces and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the chicken changes color, add carrots and potatoes and stir-fry for one minute, add appropriate amount of curry powder.

Pour in the coconut milk and boil over high heat for ten minutes. I added the entire box of coconut milk without adding any additional water.

Turn off the heat and add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
