Crispy cone
Overview
Every time I pass an ice cream shop selling crispy cones, I can't help but stop for a moment. The stacks of cones stacked up like flowers always make people forget to leave. In fact, it is not so much the interest in ice cream as it is the charm of crispy cones. Crispy cones are actually very simple to make. It just needs to be baked one by one and rolled one by one, which is more labor-intensive and hot. From last year to now, I have always been too lazy to do it. That day, only the egg whites were left. I turned around in my mind several times, conceived several plans, and finally made up my mind to try a cone.
