Overview

  1. Wash the prawns and set aside.

  2. Boil a pot of water and add ginger slices and cooking wine.

  3. After the water boils, add the grass shrimp. After boiling again, set the time according to the size of the shrimp. Boil small shrimps for one minute and large shrimps for three minutes. Turn off the heat without opening the lid and simmer for three minutes before picking them up. This will make the shrimp meat crispy and sweet.

  4. Add some mustard to the light soy sauce to make a dipping sauce. Add a little light soy sauce, a little balsamic vinegar and a few small sections of yellow pepper to make a dipping sauce.
