I usually use my free time to make some purple sweet potato puree. If I can’t eat it at once, divide it into small portions and freeze them. This will make it more convenient next time. Give it a try!

Peel and wash purple sweet potato.

Cut into thin slices.

This saves a lot of time when steaming.

Put it into a steamer and steam it until it is soft and soft without a hard core when inserted with chopsticks.

Put it into the wall-breaking machine. The purple sweet potato is relatively dry. You can add a little water and stir it. I forgot to take a picture of this step, so I used pumpkin puree instead. Please ignore it, haha!

Put it into a bowl. If you can't eat it, divide it into small portions, put it in a plastic bag and freeze it. Just defrost it in advance the next time you eat it.
