Overview
The result of eating big meals on New Year's Day for several days was that I lost my appetite when I saw meat, so I cooked a vegetarian dish and my family ate a lot.

The raw materials are very simple. Break off small florets of broccoli, soak them in salt water for 10 minutes and rinse them thoroughly.

Remove the roots of shiitake mushrooms and cut into small pieces.

After the water boils, add a little salt and a few drops of oil, blanch the broccoli, remove and drain.

Find a bowl and arrange the broccoli flowers side down.

Just put it like this and press it a little tighter.

Flip it upside down on a plate to make cute broccoli balls.

Sauté minced garlic in appropriate amount of oil.

Slowly sauté the mushrooms over medium heat until soft.

Add abalone sauce to taste.

Arrange the mushrooms around the broccoli balls and pour the broth over the broccoli.
