Overview
When the blood test results came out, Sister Xin’s blood sugar was close to exceeding the standard. Suddenly, Sister Xin didn’t know how to cook for herself! Seeing the fresh green onions she had just bought, Sister Xin started the diet therapy mode for herself.

Add salt and water to the flour and stir to form a batter. Clean the onions and cut them into discs and set aside.

Take a pan, heat oil in a pan, add an appropriate amount of batter and spread it into a pancake shape, add onion slices and press lightly on top.

Continue to spread the batter on the other side of the onion, spreading it as thinly as possible.

After frying one side, gently turn over and continue frying, covering the pot halfway to simmer the onions.

Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce, chili powder, and fried cooked sesame seeds into the egg liquid, and stir evenly to make a pancake spread.

Fry the onion pancake until the onions are halfway cooked and when both sides of the pancake are crispy, spread evenly with the sauce and fry.

Continue frying until both sides are golden brown and crispy, then serve.
