Milk bone soup
Overview
If you cook it over high heat, you can make a white bone soup, but it will lose water. I accidentally found a good recipe that adds rice milk to make a creamy bone soup. How could you miss such a good recipe

Wash the big bones and ask someone to chop them in the middle when you buy them

Dip it in water first to remove the blood

Take it out and wash it with clean water to remove the foam

Put the washed bones into a casserole, add the highest level of water, and bring to a boil over high heat

Boil and skim off the scum on the surface

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine

Add onion and ginger, turn to low heat and simmer for two and a half hours without opening the lid

While cooking, you can prepare rice milk. Soak the rice for one hour, add water and use a food processor to blend into rice milk

After simmering the bone broth for two and a half hours, add the rice milk and continue to simmer for another hour
