Prepare the ingredients

Put the egg whites into a whisk and the egg yolks into a basin that is oil-free and water-free

Beat the egg whites at high speed and add about 60g of powdered sugar

While beating the egg whites, pour the milk into the egg yolk paste! Sift the remaining powdered sugar, salt and flour and add them together

Stir into a uniform egg yolk paste

Whip the egg whites to a dry state and won’t fall off when lifted

Scoop up the egg whites and add them little by little to the egg yolk batter, stirring in the same direction to mix evenly!

Pour half of the batter into the baking pan that has been lined with greaseproof paper

Arrange cheese slices on top of the batter, then pour the remaining batter into it to create a cheese sandwich
