The main materials are ready.

Peel and cook the yam.

After cooling, place in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush the yam into puree and set aside.

The tofu slices are rotated and arranged on the plate.

Drizzle some black pepper sauce on the tofu.

Add yam puree on top.

Blanch the okra and cut into diagonal slices.
