Remove the tendons on both sides of the snow peas and wash them, cut the red pepper into small pieces, and cut the ginger into shreds and set aside.

Boil the razor clams in boiling water and take them out.

Wash and drain the jellyfish and set aside.

Heat a little oil in the pot, wait until the oil is 7-8 minutes hot, add the sliced ginger, red pepper, and snow peas to the pot and saute until fragrant.

Then add the washed and drained sea clams and stir-fry over high heat.

Water will come out when the sea clams are stir-fried. Bring to a boil over high heat and add a little light soy sauce.
