Casserole with pumpkin and millet porridge
Overview
Millet is rich in vitamin B, dietary fiber and iron. Millet can be cooked alone or combined with rice, red dates, pumpkin, lotus seeds, lilies and other grains to have a good nourishing effect. Simmer it slowly in a casserole over low heat to make the porridge more fragrant.
