Overview

I went to Nanjing this month. I was on a special forces tour and spent most of my time commuting between scenic spots. It was much easier to eat. I didn’t even taste Nanjing’s most famous duck blood vermicelli soup. Fortunately, there are quite a few small restaurants near the hotel, and a search on the app found them quite authentic. In addition to the steady performance of salted duck and Nanjing roast duck, a Shanghai stir-fry is impressive. Because I have been to Shanghai more than a dozen times and have never heard of this saying. With a slight adjustment in the combination of ingredients, it can be called the best stir-fry all over the country. Simple, light and homely, but full of wok flavor.
