Pan-fried soft tofu with white jade inlaid with gold

Simple things are the most difficult to cook. This time I bought soft tofu, which breaks into pieces when touched, so controlling the heat determines the success or failure of the dish! I marinated the tofu for an hour first, so I didn’t add any seasoning when frying!

  1. Wash the tofu with clean water and set aside

  2. Cut into thin slices and set aside

  3. Add peanut oil to the pan and fry slowly over low heat

  4. Use chopsticks to flip carefully

  5. Fry until golden brown on both sides
