Put high-gluten flour, salt, 50g sugar, and yeast into the bread machine and complete the first kneading process. Add butter and knead until the film can be pulled out for fermentation.

While the dough is fermenting, make the cake. Wash the purple cabbage and squeeze the juice.
-
Place the egg yolks in a large bowl, add vanilla extract, corn oil, and kale juice.
-
Stir evenly and sift in the flour.

Mix well.
-
Place the egg whites in a water-free and oil-free basin and add drops of white vinegar. Add the remaining 40g of white sugar to the egg whites and beat until wet peaks form.

Take one-third of the egg white and put it into the egg yolk batter.

Mix well.
-
Pour in the remaining egg whites and mix evenly.
-
Pour the cake batter into a 28*28 baking pan.
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.

After baking, turn the cake upside down and let it cool, then use a mold to carve out the shape.
-
After carving out the shape, stick each piece together with honey and put it aside for later use.
-
Once risen dough.
-
Take it out and vent it.
-
Roll out the dough and add the cake slices.
-
Wrap it tightly and put it in the toast box.
-
Place a bowl of hot water in the oven for the second rise.
-
After the dough has risen for the second time, cover the toast box.
-
Preheat the oven with upper and lower heat + hot air convection at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
