Stir-fried king oyster mushrooms

Overview

I originally planned to buy it and fry it with meat, but then...I forgot why it ended up being stir-fried with king oyster mushrooms, but it was delicious too😁.

Steps

1. 1 Wash the king oyster mushrooms and cut into strips. It is better to cut into strips and stir-fry evenly, so I usually cut into strips.

   

2. 2 Get the garlic ready.

   

3. 3 Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.

   

4. 4 Pour in the king oyster mushrooms, add some salt and stir-fry.

   

5. 5 When soft, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and stir-fry.

   

6. 6 Stir well and remove from the pan.
