Spinach Omelette
Overview
Spinach is known as a nutritional model. It is rich in carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin K, minerals (calcium, iron, etc.). Eating more spinach has great health benefits. But many people don’t like the taste of spinach, especially children. Today I rolled spinach into eggs to improve the taste and increase nutrition. This recipe is for two pancakes.
