I really don’t know whether this kind of bamboo shoots should be called sliced bamboo shoots or dried bamboo shoots. When I buy it at the vegetable market, it is soaked in water. It is very tender and fragrant and crispy when fried. I don’t know how others eat it? In our family, we always add Hunan chopped chili peppers when we stir-fry. I think they are a perfect match and a killer addition to meals.

  1. After buying the bamboo shoots home, wash them with clean water, drain them and set aside for later use.
