Prepare the required ingredients, enoki mushrooms, purple cabbage, carrots, and coriander.

Wash all ingredients, cut purple cabbage and carrots into thin strips, and mince coriander. Spare.

Blanch the enoki mushrooms and carrots (add a small amount of salt and a drop of salad oil to the pot when blanching). The blanching time should not be too long, 3-5 seconds. Quickly put the super good ingredients into cold water to cool down
