  2. Blanch the Coprinus comatus in advance to drain and set aside.

  3. Carrot cut with diagonal knife.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant, then add carrots and stir-fry.

  5. Stir-fry the carrots for 2 minutes and add the green chili and drumstick mushrooms.

  6. Then stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes.
