Cut the beef tenderloin into pieces, grind in some black pepper, salt, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoons of cooking wine, 0.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil and egg liquid and mix well.

Add carrot shreds, coriander segments, onion shreds and tomato slices to the beef, mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
