Soak barley, red beans and soybeans the night before. The picture shows them after soaking.

Put it in a juicer and crush it. It's better to use a soymilk machine, so you don't have to cook it. I make a small amount, so I use a juicer. Squeeze with a juicer and pour into a pot and bring to a boil.
