Dissolve brown sugar with boiled water

Add vegetable oil and beat until water and oil are combined.

Add salt and mix

Add low-gluten flour and baking powder and mix

Add 20g chocolate beans and mix

Wearing disposable gloves, divide the dough into 12 portions.
