Tomato meatballs hand-made noodles
Overview
Countryside once had a tomato meatball noodle dish, which was one of my favorites in college. Later, the taste probably didn't suit the crowd, so it faded out of the market. I got excited that day and made it myself. It tasted good. The only drawback was that the texture of the meatballs was not that delicate. Thinking about it, why? Maybe I forgot to add meat tenderizer to the meatballs~~O(∩_∩)OKeep working hard~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut tomatoes into slices
-
Chop the meat into pieces and make them into meatballs (my mother said this step was too redundant, but later I thought about it, just put the meatballs in the pot, why bother washing more dishes)
-
Boil cabbage, tomatoes and meatballs into soup
-
Mix the flour and salt evenly, follow the "three light principle - basin light, hand light and dough light", and roll it into dough
-
Cut the dough into noodles and add some flour to prevent the noodles from sticking together
-
Put the dough into the pot and cook, add the soup, and it’s ready
