Remove the leaves from fresh cabbage. Clean well.

Soak in light salt water for 10 minutes.

Drain and shred, add a little salt, mix well, and marinate for a while.

Squeeze out the water from the marinated shredded cabbage.

Chop the garlic and cut the dried chilies into small rings.

Place on top of shredded cabbage.

Heat the vegetable oil in the pot and pour it over the minced garlic and chili.

Add sugar, balsamic vinegar, appropriate amount of salt, and chicken essence and stir evenly.
