Laoganma’s version of cucumber
Overview
Cucumbers, cucumbers, and all kinds of melons were on the market. I bought two, one for frying meat and the other for patting. Let go of Lao Gan Ma, Lao Gan Ma, whom children like very much, is just right.

Wash the cucumber, pat it a few times with a knife, and then break it into suitable pieces with your hands. It tastes better when broken by hand.

Prepare some garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Turn off the heat.

Turn off the heat and add Laoganma, vinegar, white sugar water, and a little light soy sauce.
