Add one pound of white flour to water and yeast to form a ball; add one pound of white flour to 150g of black rice flour, appropriate amount of water and yeast to form a ball. (It takes about two hours in summer)

Roll the two dough balls into oval cake shapes, stack them together, and use a rolling pin to roll them a few more times to make sure they are not too thin.

Roll the rolled dough into the shape as shown.

Cut the rolled dough into pieces.

Lay the cut dough pieces flat.

Press the dough slightly with your hands.

Form the pressed dough into a ball with your hands.

Steam for 20 minutes after boiling the pot.
