Preserved Egg with Chopped Pepper
Overview
When I bought preserved eggs home, I originally wanted to make preserved egg and lean meat porridge. I still like eating preserved eggs, but my husband and son don’t eat any food related to preserved eggs, so if I cook porridge, the amount will be too much. What should I do? Fortunately, the weather is getting warmer, and I still have some beautiful peppers left at home, so I might as well have some chopped pepper preserved eggs
