The raw materials are as shown in the picture. Cut the butter into small pieces and soften. Set aside.

Mix softened butter, condensed milk, and milk powder and mix well with a spatula.

Sift the cake flour into a bowl.

Mix well and knead into dough. (Due to differences in water absorption and temperature, flour will have different softness and hardness. Depending on the actual situation, if the dough is too dry, you can add some condensed milk.)

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a 0.3cm thick sheet, remove the irregular corners of the dough, and cut into rectangles with a knife.
