Mushroom Cookies
Overview
When making cookies before, I prepared a lot of dough, but I used it all immediately and kept the rest in the refrigerator for a few days. I don’t know what changes have taken place in the dough. It was originally dough for shaping biscuits. The effect is completely different this time, but it is just right for this shape. What a surprise~ Ingredients: 150g low-gluten flour, 100g butter, 20g egg liquid, 50g powdered sugar, appropriate amount of vanilla extract
