  1. Clean the meat, cut it into three layers, not too big, slice the garlic, add a little oil and salt, 2 tablespoons of barbecued pork sauce, cover it and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. (Because I have to work during the day, I always marinate it when I come back from get off work and bake it the next night.) When I come back from get off work the next day, wrap the baking pot with tin foil and place the meat.

  3. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, put the meat in and bake for 15 minutes, take it out and bake it for 10 minutes, then flip it again, several times in a row. When the juice is almost gone, put a layer of barbecued pork sauce on it, bake it for 10 minutes, turn it over and apply it to the other side, 2.3 times in a row, and then apply it the last time.

  4. Let it dry for a while before taking it out of the oven to avoid getting too hot

  5. It's up to you whether you want to cut it or not. I usually don't cut it because the sections I cut are not very big

  7. Note: Be careful when wrapping the pot with tin foil, otherwise if it breaks, it will be troublesome to wash the pot after baking (the pot comes with the oven)
