Chicken "braised" tofu
Overview
Why is it called such a cute name? . . I don’t know. My mother and grandma have always called this dish like this since I was a kid. It’s very similar to tofu mixed with spring onions, but I prefer it with leeks. It’s stir-fried with tender tofu. It’s tender and juicy.

Wash and chop leeks,

Heat oil in a pan,

Next, cut the tofu into pieces. (The best tofu is southern tofu, which is a little tender white tofu. Northern tofu is older and not as tender as it is.)

While frying the tofu, chop the tofu into small pieces. When the tofu is cooked, add the chopped leeks.

Stir evenly. When the leeks are cooked, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly.
