  3. Cut potatoes and carrots into cubes, slice ginger

  5. Put a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the meat for a while, add the seasonings, cinnamon and ginger slices. Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce sugar, stir-fry well.

  6. Pour boiling water into the pot, and after it boils, add the cooking wine (the water will boil and the cooking wine will be added to the pot. The steam will take away the fishy smell of the meat and also reduce the taste of the wine) and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes
