Braised Pork with Potatoes
Overview
Whether potatoes are fried, stir-fried or stewed, I always like to eat them. The roasted pork and potato baby also loved it. Homemade version, simple and easy to make.

Cut potatoes and carrots into cubes, slice ginger

Pour meat into water, remove and drain

Put a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the meat for a while, add the seasonings, cinnamon and ginger slices. Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce sugar, stir-fry well.

Pour boiling water into the pot, and after it boils, add the cooking wine (the water will boil and the cooking wine will be added to the pot. The steam will take away the fishy smell of the meat and also reduce the taste of the wine) and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes

Pour in potatoes and carrots, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium to low heat and simmer until cooked. Taste and add salt as appropriate.
