Steps
-
Wash the pork bones and put them in a pressure cooker. Add 2 slices of ginger and some water. You don't need to turn off the pressure cooker. After the water boils, turn off the heat for 2 minutes. Pour out the turbid water inside and wash it several times with clean water. (The soup cooked in this way is clear in color, contains no blood, and has better nutrition) (Ginger is added to remove the fishy smell.)
-
Wash the lotus roots, peel them, and pat them with the back of a knife. (This makes the lotus root taste softer) and then cut into pieces.
-
After washing the peanuts, soak them for 2 hours. (This way the peanuts will ripen and soften more easily). Wash the ginger and slice it into slices.
-
Finally, put the bones, lotus roots, and peanuts into the pressure cooker. High pressure fire for 20 minutes, then turn to low fire for 40 minutes. After turning off the heat, do not open it immediately. Wait 15 minutes before opening it again, which will taste better. After the pot is boiled, add salt and soy sauce.
