Potato and Ham Salad Dressing
Overview
Potato salad is a dish I learned when I was in school. At that time, I bought potatoes, apples, and ham sausages when I went home during the holidays. I also made my own salad dressing: use an egg yolk, heat the oil, add it to the egg yolk drop by drop while it is hot, stir it with chopsticks, and slowly insert the chopsticks into the salad dressing made of cooked oil and egg yolk. It is done. It takes about an hour to make a salad dressing, but I still have a good time. Nowadays, supermarkets sell ready-made salad dressings with various flavors, including sweet and salty original flavors. This time I used a sweet and fragrant salad dressing, mixed with potatoes, ham sausage, apples, and grapefruit. It tastes great.
