Cold red pickled radish
Overview
Pickled radish just a few days ago. It’s sour and crispy. Today, some of my husband’s colleagues came to the house, so it’s just right to make it as a side dish✌!

Steps
-
A red radish that was pickled just a few days ago. (If you don’t have it at home, you can go to the supermarket to buy it.)
-
Cut the pickled radish into strips and place on a plate for later use.
-
Chop the millet chili and place it on top of the pickled radish. (If you like spicy food, you can add more chili pepper.)
-
Drizzle with soy sauce.
-
Heat the oil in a pot and pour it on top of the chili and pickled radish.
-
When eating, use chopsticks to mix it up! It's sour, spicy and refreshing, and it's a great dish to go with wine.
