Wheat germ rice soy milk
Overview
My friend gave me a bag of wheat germ, and I just put some in it when making soy milk, which makes it more nutritious and delicious. Wheat germ, also known as malt powder and germ, is golden yellow granular. Wheat germ is derived from 1.8% of wheat essence and contains 15 kinds of nutrients. It is rich in vitamin E, protein, dietary fiber, etc., and has very high nutritional value. I happen to have small packages of ready-made rice and beans (containing soybeans, gorgon seeds, black beans, and buckwheat) at home, and one bag is just enough to make once.

-
The soy milk machine enters the working state, the beeping sound sounds, the work is completed, and you can drink it directly without filtering. (If there is no filter-free function, you need to filter the residue)
