Twice-cooked pork
Overview
I have loved eating the twice-cooked pork made by my mother since I was a child. My mother likes to use her own pickled peppers to stir-fry the twice-cooked pork. But if there is no pickled peppers, I will use green peppers instead. It is just as delicious. I will post the twice-cooked pork with pickled peppers next time.
