Mushroom and Rapeseed
Overview
This recipe is easy and quick, making it perfect for beginners. Shiitake mushrooms have very good nutritional value. They are not only rich in vitamins, but also have the effects of lowering blood lipids, lowering blood pressure, preventing cirrhosis, improving immunity, preventing rickets, etc. If you usually don’t like meat but think green vegetables are too bland, this dish is undoubtedly the best choice!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and cut the rapeseed into strips and set aside to drain.
-
Cut the mushrooms into the shape you want. I usually cut them like this, about half a centimeter thick.
-
Next we start to mix the sauce: 1 spoon of light soy sauce.
-
tablespoon oyster sauce.
-
Half a spoonful of chicken essence.
-
Stir in minced garlic (2-3 cloves).
-
spoons of water.
-
2g salt.
-
Mix well and set aside.
-
Add Sichuan peppercorns to the cold oil. When the oil heats up over medium heat, you can pick out the Sichuan peppercorns when you smell the aroma of Sichuan peppercorns.
-
Add the rapeseed and stir-fry for 1 minute.
-
Add mushrooms and stir-fry until water comes out.
-
Stir the seasonings evenly and it's ready to serve.

It’s a homely meal. I just share the dishes that I usually make that I think are good. They are convenient and delicious. I don’t know how to use filters or arrange the dishes. Please don’t laugh at me. Haha.
